Green / Red smoothie for any time of the day

Green smoothie / Red Smoothie ( ENJOY my Breakfast smoothie any time of the day )

 

In a blender / Nutrabullet add:

coconut water / or almonds in water

Or just  Add filtered water to dilute or mix to up with. 

Add the water first so you can soak the seeds and nuts. ( allow 10mins)

1 Tbsp Spirulina

2 Tbsp Chia seeds or flaxseed

1 Tsp Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

½ cup pineapple
